    1. what kind of wine do you use?

    2. How do they make it spicy? I tried making a different copycat recipe with the ingredients you say and it was nowhere near spicy enough

    3. La Belle, the marinara sauce they have premade for the dish is a spicy sauce. You can get the same effect (and as a former Noodles employee myself, I know for a fact that when we ran out of sauce we did this) by adding a small amount of crushed red pepper right at the beginning of cooking.

Bryan Adler, they use cheap white cooking wine. The house white wine that Franzia makes would definitely work.

  6. I would LOVE to know what caesar dressing they use...do you know? Or do they make it, and can you tell me how if that is the case?
